in my opinion,abandoned baby can be prevent starting with home.that mean parent should give early education to child.parent must taught child to love their life. secondly,government must play important role like enforcement law. example,give a punishment to them abandoned baby with right punishment. for me the important thing is about religion. everybody know no religion teach us to be bad or terrible.that why i proper teach and give more emphasis to religion is very important to prevent abandoned baby.
